Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the US refusal to issue Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov a visa for the UN General Assembly will be discussed in Moscow-Washington contacts. He called it another unfriendly move and a breach of the US obligations as the UN host, while saying Vladimir Zelensky’s positions on a ceasefire and continuing the war are increasingly contradictory.
