Dr Vincent Brown has appeared in a UK court after being charged over alleged killings during Rwanda’s 1994 genocide. Prosecutors accuse him of conduct ancillary to genocide and six murders as crimes against humanity in Kigali’s Rugenge district. Brown denies the allegations, and the case has been sent to the Old Bailey.
