Former New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern and her husband, Clarke Gayford, have bought a $5.3m house in Dee Why, Sydney’s northern beaches, according to a source familiar with the sale. The purchase is the suburb’s highest recorded sale this year. Ardern’s office previously confirmed the family was basing itself in Australia.
