Australian illustrator and author Terry Denton, best known for the Treehouse series, has died aged 76, his publisher said. His children said his work brought joy to millions of children worldwide. Denton created more than 30 books of his own and collaborated with writers including Andy Griffiths, who called their three decades of work together an honour and delight.
