China has added over 2,500 kilometers to its trunk oil and gas pipeline network this year, taking the national total to 112,900 km across 30 provincial-level regions and Hong Kong. Projects such as the Lian-Huai section in Jiangsu are strengthening energy security, while another 20,000 km of long-distance pipelines is planned by 2030.
