TechChina unveils intelligent tunnel construction solution

China has introduced an intelligent construction solution for drill-and-blast tunnels. Developed by China Railway Tunnel Group, the system combines on-site sensing, edge computing and cloud-based decision-making to coordinate construction processes and enterprise systems. It is already being used on projects including the Changsha-Ganzhou high-speed railway.
