WorldTrump says Houthis will not fight US as Iran deploys troops
Donald Trump says Washington is in constant communication with Yemen’s Houthis and that the group has agreed not to fight the United States. The claim comes amid sharply rising Houthi-Saudi tensions and heightened US-Iran confrontation. Iran says its border forces remain on constant alert, while Qatar works to restart talks; Tehran also refuses to reopen the Strait of Hormuz until conditions it associates with a June agreement are met.
