Saudi Arabia has launched Ceer, its first home-grown automaker, as a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund and Foxconn. The company presented its Exobot sedan and SUV and plans to offer seven new vehicles by 2030, supporting the Kingdom’s effort to diversify beyond oil and develop technology locally.
