WorldReuters: CIA chief meets Zelensky in Ireland

CIA Director John Ratcliffe met Volodymyr Zelensky at Ireland’s Shannon Airport while their planes were refueling, Reuters reported, citing two people familiar with the matter. The Financial Times said Ratcliffe planned a more active role in negotiations to resolve the Ukraine conflict, a claim later denied by the CIA press chief. Ratcliffe also visited Moscow on August 25.
