WorldOver 70 world leaders, 45 heads of government to attend UN General Assembly high-level week
More than 70 world leaders and 45 heads of government are expected at the 81st UN General Assembly’s General Debate this week, according to UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric. The attendance list also includes 50 ministers, 11 vice-presidents and an unnamed crown prince. Countries have submitted over 1,500 requests for rooms for bilateral talks. Russia’s delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
