EconomyBank of Russia lowers dollar exchange rate for September 22 to 84.1 rubles

The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for September 22 at 84.0954 rubles, down 10.21 kopecks from the previous rate. The euro rate fell to 96.3733 rubles and the yuan rate to 12.5448 rubles.
