SportsNFL’s Azeez Al-Shaair pays tribute to slain Palestinian girl Wafaa Akila

Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair wore eye black bearing the name of Wafaa Akila, an eight-year-old Palestinian girl killed by Israeli forces in Gaza. He did so days after receiving an $11,941 NFL fine for displaying the name of another slain child, Hind Rajab. Basketball player Kyrie Irving offered to cover the penalty.
