TechBitcoin Lightning flaw could send a node’s entire balance to miners
Three peer-triggered vulnerabilities in Bitcoin Lightning software Eclair could cause operators to lose or lock funds during channel closures, splicing and on-the-fly funding. Developer ACINQ released version 0.14.3, urging operators to upgrade after a flaw could accept closing fees larger than a node’s balance and send the funds to miners as fees.
