TechAmazon blocks Meta’s Muse AI agent from shopping for users

Amazon has blocked Meta’s Muse AI agent from shopping on behalf of users, saying its unauthorized access violates the retailer’s Conditions of Use. Amazon also raised privacy and security concerns about Muse not identifying itself while browsing and seemingly capturing customer credentials. Meta had said Muse could not access secure login or card-payment details.
