Rosmolodezh chief Grigory Gurov said 92% of foreign participants wanted to return to Russia after the International Festival of Youth. A survey found positive views of the country rose from 80% before the festival to 95% afterward, while the share viewing it “very positively” increased from 42% to 67%.
