Naftogaz Group has signed a memorandum with Hungarian energy company Mol to build oil products storage facilities near Ukraine’s border. Acting head Serhii Fedorenko said the project would help diversify supply routes and add capacity outside areas exposed to ongoing Russian attacks on fuel infrastructure as Ukraine prepares for possible winter strikes.
