Dutch businesses are avoiding cooperation with the International Criminal Court because they fear secondary US sanctions, a diplomatic source told TASS. Mostly IT companies are involved, the source said, adding that 28 firms asked the Dutch government and parliament to protect banking and digital services essential to the ICC. The Wall Street Journal reported that the Trump administration was preparing broad sanctions against the court.
