Libya has formally asked the International Criminal Court to provide technical, legal and judicial assistance in investigating attacks on critical civilian facilities in Tripoli and Zawiya. Libyan authorities say the incidents may amount to crimes against humanity or genocide. The Government of National Unity previously announced five arrests linked to suspected drone attacks on oil and electricity facilities.
