Germany’s federal prosecutor has indicted seven people allegedly involved in acquiring weapons for Hamas to carry out terrorist attacks around the second anniversary of the Oct. 7 assault on Israel. Prosecutors said Hamas’ military wing had established weapons depots in Europe and planned an assassination in Germany or Austria targeting Israeli representatives, Jews or pro-Israel people. Investigators say the suspects obtained an automatic rifle, 13 pistols and more than 700 rounds of ammunition.
