Russian forces have struck Ukraine’s Kyiv region for more than 24 hours, damaging 31 sites across five districts, according to regional military administrator Tymur Tkachenko. He said four people were killed, including three children and a woman, while Ukraine’s Interior Ministry reported three deaths, two of them children. Fastiv district suffered the heaviest damage, and the strikes are continuing.
