Dutch riot police clashed with about 500 far-right protesters at an anti-immigration-policy rally in central The Hague. After demonstrators threw fireworks and other projectiles and chanted antisemitic slogans, authorities used baton charges, dogs and water cannons, arresting 24 people. Prime Minister Rob Jetten condemned the protesters’ deliberate confrontation and “abhorrent” slogans.
