A senior Iranian source told TASS that Tehran is prepared to resume a diplomatic settlement with Washington if the United States demonstrates serious intent and respect for signed commitments. Iran still considers nuclear negotiations possible, but only after full implementation of the Islamabad agreement, including asset unfreezing and the lifting of oil-export restrictions.
