Kirill Dmitriev, a special representative of the Russian president and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, said Europe is facing the worst energy crisis in its history. He said EU energy restrictions are “finally arriving” while commenting on reports of fuel supply disruptions in France, where 11% of gas stations had gasoline or diesel shortages as of September 19.
