WorldLPR power outages linked to accident in neighboring DPR energy system
The LPR Fuel and Energy Ministry said outages in the Lugansk People’s Republic were caused by an earlier accident in the neighboring Donetsk People’s Republic’s power-generating system. Residents were warned of possible voltage surges and temporary outages and urged to limit use of energy-intensive appliances. The DPR had earlier reported disruptions after an overnight Ukrainian attack.
