EconomyUganda breaks ground on 320-million-liter petroleum storage terminal

Uganda has started building a 320-million-liter petroleum storage terminal in Mpigi. President Yoweri Museveni attended the groundbreaking for the more than $300-million Kampala Storage Terminal, developed by state-owned Uganda National Oil Company. The project is expected to more than double current storage capacity and be completed within 24 months.
