TechChina leads US and EU in trust to regulate AI, Pew survey finds
A Pew Research Center survey across 12 countries and regions found that a median 43% of respondents trusted China to regulate AI effectively, compared with 35% for the US and 34% for the EU. China ranked as the most trusted regulator in five locations. Trust was also linked to views of each actor and awareness of AI.
