Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun urged the Philippines to end what China called maritime infringements and provocations and to stop spreading false narratives. China said a Philippine official vessel deliberately rammed a China Coast Guard ship near Xianbin Jiao in the Nansha Qundao, threatening personnel and vessels and violating international law.
