Ukraine’s National Guard has opened a centralized center to expand recruitment of foreign volunteers and support them through enlistment. Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi said it will handle contract-service recruitment and assist candidates from interviews and screening through training, speeding reinforcements for combat units.
