UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin and CONCACAF President Victor Montagliani are calling for an independent review of FIFA’s financial reserves and proposing a $2.1bn distribution to its 211 member associations for 2027-30. They say each association could receive at least $10m while FIFA retains substantial reserves.
