Moscow has significantly expanded its blacklist barring EU officials and others in European countries from entering Russia, the Foreign Ministry said. The move responds to what it called the EU’s unlawful 21st sanctions package and targets people linked to military aid, sanctions and other anti-Russian measures. Russia said further EU restrictions would draw an appropriate response.
