Kremlin economic envoy Kirill Dmitriev and leaders of Germany’s far-right Alternative for Germany party are reportedly preparing to meet as early as March to discuss a possible return of Russian gas supplies. Reuters said the meeting would depend on a Russia-Ukraine peace framework and could be held in Israel, the UAE or India.
