Chinese company FunnyPlaying has announced the FPGB Mini, a tiny handheld that plays original Game Boy and Game Boy Color cartridges as well as ROMs. It uses FPGA technology and includes a 2.98-inch 800x720 display, a 1,800mAh battery, and a microSD slot, but cannot accommodate cartridges with rumble motors or other hardware additions. The first batch was discounted to $69.99, compared with $239.99 for the Analogue Pocket.
