Russia’s Foreign Ministry says the West is concealing what it calls terrorist attacks by Kiev against senior election officials in the Zaporozhye Region and is thereby encouraging attacks on civilians. It described attacks during the start of federal elections as a direct assault on constitutional freedoms, democratic rights and institutions, and said Western funding, weapons and targeted support enable strikes on Russia.
