TechZcash holders vote to preserve halvings and defer recycled ZEC until 2031
Zcash holders participating in an advisory poll overwhelmingly backed keeping scheduled halvings and postponing the return of ZEC collected by the Network Sustainability Mechanism until February 2031. The NU7 poll guides implementers but does not activate the upgrade or guarantee that favored features will ship. Implementation, testing and a final activation decision remain ahead.
