TechTesla auditing Chinese suppliers ahead of Optimus roll-out: sources

Tesla officials and engineers have started auditing parts of the company’s Chinese supply chain, sources say, as the automaker prepares to rapidly increase Optimus humanoid robot production after its planned global launch later this year. Suppliers named for audits include Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls, Ningbo Joyson Electronic and Tuopu Group.
