European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the bloc will disburse 3.3 billion euros to Kyiv under a 90-billion-euro loan, funding the purchase of drones and missiles. The payment follows the Commission’s approval of 6.1 billion euros for Ukraine’s air and missile defense and other defense needs, including PAC-3 missiles for Patriot systems.
