Russian Maritime Register of Shipping CEO Sergey Kulikov said the organization has the expertise to work actively with Chinese companies on the Northern Sea Route. He described cooperation prospects ranging from classification and technical support for a new Arctic fleet to assessing vessels already in service, as cargo traffic grows.
