Science‘Remarkable’: Scientists discover new wild cat species for the first time in 100 years
Scientists have identified a new wild cat species, Leopardus tilcayo, in the first such discovery in a century. Slightly smaller than a domestic cat and about 45 centimetres long, it was initially mistaken for a pet.
