Dutch company Minikim Holland B.V., owner of the Love Is brand, has sued Russian retailer Magnit and chip maker Moskovsky Kartofel in a Kaluga arbitration court. Minikim alleges that a Valentine’s Day promotion used packaging with a confusingly similar Love Is image without a copyright license.
