Russia’s Defense Ministry says Russian crews operating Geran-4 Seeker jet-powered drones struck two dry cargo ships on September 17 at Odesa port and east of Izmail. It said the vessels were carrying cargo for Ukraine’s armed forces and that the strikes aimed to restrict weapons and military-equipment transport.
