ScienceBubbles the dolphin makes fish vomit, then eats what they bring up

A male bottlenose dolphin known as Bubbles has repeatedly chased bigeye trevally near Australia’s Lady Elliott Island until the stressed fish regurgitate their food, which he then consumes. A new paper in Ecology and Evolution describes the behavior as kleptoparasitism and challenges the idea of dolphins as inherently benign predators.
