Russia will not accept a ceasefire in Ukraine before reaching a comprehensive agreement on the main terms of a peace settlement addressing what it calls the crisis’s root causes, OSCE envoy Dmitry Polyansky said. He added that Moscow would continue its special military operation until all its goals were achieved and target Western support for Kyiv’s military machine.
