TechAI is feared globally as the destroyer of jobs

A Pew Research survey of 42,151 people in 37 countries found that respondents in 34 countries were more likely to expect AI to cause job losses than create jobs over the next 20 years. Many also feared wider inequality, although a global median of 41 percent felt both concerned and excited about AI’s growing role in daily life.
