WorldLavrov: Rights of Russian-speaking people not up for bargaining at peace talks
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said resolving the Ukraine conflict must not involve bargaining over the rights of Russian-speaking people. He accused the West of forgiving the Kiev regime for everything and cited self-determination and guarantees of respect for human rights, regardless of language, among relevant UN principles.
