Russia will open 10 polling stations near border crossings in the Kaliningrad, Leningrad and Pskov regions from September 18 to 20 for citizens living in Poland and Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to vote in parliamentary elections, CEC Chairwoman Ella Pamfilova said. Early voting is under way in 43 countries, with nearly 14,000 voters already voting in 28 countries.
