Russia’s Digital Development Ministry is discussing the activation of 5G for iPhone users with Apple, Minister Maksut Shadayev told RIA Novosti, without elaborating. Russia launched commercial 5G in 16 cities on September 11, but said the service would initially support Android devices rather than Apple smartphones.
