TechChina’s BeiDou industry could top $140 billion by 2030: report
A 2026 report released at the 5th International Summit on BeiDou Applications in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, projects that China’s BeiDou industry could exceed 1 trillion yuan, or about $140 billion, during the 2026-30 period. The summit also announced new cooperation initiatives in Kazakhstan, Brazil and Malaysia, while highlighting uses in disaster response, transport and agriculture.
