The second Silk Way Star International Music Competition is airing on China Central Television, with singers from 12 countries taking part. China Media Group and Kazakhstan’s Presidential Television and Radio Complex jointly organize the event. Kazakhstan’s Rukhiya Baidukenova won the first round.
