Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee said the city will help develop the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a globally influential, world-class city cluster. Hong Kong’s first five-year economic and social development plan calls for stronger I&T links, cross-boundary railways, intelligent computing clusters, mutual recognition of qualifications and smoother flows of people, goods, capital and data.
