The anonymous group CikLeak says it accessed the IT infrastructure of Russia’s Central Election Commission and contractors developing the Vybory 2.0 voting system, downloading internal documents, server configurations, passwords, and employee communications. Investigative outlet IStories verified the documents. State Duma elections are scheduled for September 18–20.
